Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging—to be eligible for a return. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items will not be accepted for return without prior authorization.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union) Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a reason. As with the above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and issue the refund.
